HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

UNOPENED, FACTORY-SEALED PRODUCT
Return any quantity within 60 days for a full refund. We'll provide return shipping instructions after you contact us. Do not ship returns without prior approval.
APPLIED PRODUCT (you already added it to your vehicle)
If you've used Cerma and aren't satisfied within 60 days, contact us — we'll process your refund without requiring the bottle back. No mileage requirement.
For orders containing multiple items: if you have applied multiple products from the same order, a refund is issued for one item per order. Any unopened items from the same order remain fully refundable.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST A REFUND
Cerma is a ceramic treatment that develops over 3,000-5,000 miles of normal driving. Most customers notice initial smoothing in the first 500 miles, with full results compounding over time. The 60-day window gives you plenty of time to experience the treatment — we recommend driving normally to feel the full benefit.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us immediately upon delivery. We'll replace at our expense.
NOT RETURNABLE
Gift cards, bulk wholesale orders, and custom or special-order products.
REFUND PROCESSING
